This membership contains two low-salicylate (low-chemical) health programs for eczema and other types of skin inflammation:​

  • Food Intolerance Diagnosis (FID) Program 

  • Eczema Detox Program 

Both programs have been designed with the utmost care to ensure every known nutrient is supplied for good health and improved health. Both programs contain every food group except for dairy products so the inclusion of a calcium supplement is an essential part of your new routine. The programs include wheat-free wholegrain carbohydrates (only gluten-free if you are gluten intolerant), plus lean protein foods and fish. You may choose to be vegetarian or vegan if you want to, but this is not a requirement of the detox. The programs are low in sugar and caffeine-free.

The goal is to temporarily restrict the diet — and therefore get well — then expand the diet. How long this takes varies from person to person, so be patient as it can take time. It helps immensely if your family members are ‘on board’ and follow the program with you, at least part of the time. You can also do the programs on your own — you are the one who will benefit the most.

While more than 89 per cent of people have success on these diets and the Skin Supplement Program, if you still have eczema after about three months on the FID Program, you can do additional investigative work to uncover undiagnosed food intolerance which could be preventing your skin from completely clearing up.
