Apple Cider Vinegar Spray

Spray your worries away.... well, at least spray you're infected eczema away with this super simple topical spray. This spray is best used in the morning to see how skin responds.


1 cup of filtered water

2 teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar

1 small spray bottle


Fill spray bottle with water and apple cider vinegar and swirl to combine. Store in the fridge and use within 5 days. Patch test first on a clear area of the skin before testing on problem areas, leave for 1 minute and rinse off. Once you have determined the skin tolerates this spray, spray onto problem areas, leave for 5 minutes, then rinse with luke warm water. Follow with your choice of eczema friendly moisturiser.
