Serves 1, preparation time 5 minutes (pre-freeze papaya overnight)
This beauty smoothie bowl has a sublime flavour and a smooth consistency that reminds me of whipped mango mousse. Note the cashews must be soaked overnight in water to enable a smooth consistency. Double this recipe to make two batches for consecutive breakfasts. If you can’t eat cashews, use 1⁄2 cup frozen banana instead.
1⁄2 cup soaked raw cashews (H)
1 cup papaya, skin and seeds removed, sliced and pre-frozen (A)
1 cup cashew milk (H) or plant-based milk of choice
2 scoops Skin Friend AM (optional)
1 teaspoon rice syrup or real maple syrup Optional toppings:
1 teaspoon chia seeds, hemp seeds or flaxseeds/linseeds (S) (A)

Soak the cashews in water in a sealed container to soften and activate them overnight (or freeze banana), and freeze the diced papaya. The next day, place the papaya, soaked cashews, milk optional multivitamin and rice or maple syrup into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a bowl and either allow time for it to set by placing it into the freezer for 10–15 minutes, or consume immediately.
When ready to serve, top the smoothie bowl with seeds and fruit of choice or Granola.
