1 pear, peeled, core removed, cubed (pre freeze if desired)
1½ cups oat milk or plant-based milk of choice
1-2 tablespoons grated fresh beetroot/beets
½ cup chopped iceberg lettuce
handful of ice cubes
optional: ¼ to ½ teaspoon of flaxseed oil or hemp seed oil
Place the ingredients and ice into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
